Participation in International HR conference organized by Nutshell Forum. Employees are the biggest asset and strength of any organization. And, it has been Algorithm’s philosophy to keep our HR practices updated and fully in coherence with the global norms of HRM. Therefore, a team from our HR department attended the “6th International HRM Conference” organized by Nutshell forum. The major theme of the conference was to ensure employees retention/motivation which is one of our basic objectives.
Performance of Scoping at Leather field, and Talon Sports, in Sialkot This was Algo’s first venture into leather industry. The scoping of 6 weeks was performed by our team comprising of our seasoned professionals. During this session, the current ERP requirements of Leather field’s business model were assessed and then later on delivered to the management of Leather field.

Commencement of new project at Talon Sports Sialkot. Algorithm Consulting (Pvt.) Ltd started its first project in Sialkot at Talon Sports which is specialized in sports goods manufacturing.

Commencement of new Project at Leather Field. Algorithm started its new project in Leather Field with complete zest & enthusiasm to excel in the field of technology advancement & facilitate the entrepreneurs of the country in order to compete in this dynamic global environment. It was a challenge as well as an honor for Algorithm team to design a product for the biggest leather products’ manufacturer of the country. However, our product has attained its roots at Leather field and has started facilitating our prestigious client.

Signing & initializing of a new project at Joe’s Fashion Group. With the beginning of this year, our association with the country’s biggest woven manufacturer also began. It has been Algorithm’s philosophy to keep its product updated & perfected by working with the experts in the field of garment manufacturing. And, this is reflected in our association with our new client Joe’s Fashion Group.
Development of new functionality in Fabrication Domain. (Dyed Store). Algorithm consulting ensures to facilitate technology advancement in highly dynamic environment where needs of clients are changing frequently. Our software engineer developed the functionality of “Automated Fabric assignment” in fabrication domain. This functionality will allow the user to firmly assign rolls for an order and model from preferred lots in the stock.

Development of new functionality in QRM Domain. In this month Algorithm adds a new feather in its P4 product. i.e. “Price Mechanism”. This functionality is an important milestone and provides universe of possibilities to the users who want to carry out simulations while quoting a price to their customers. This also facilitates the user to do costing simulation of the multiple styles on a single interface and analyze their macro & micro effects.
